Ingredients

  • 60 grams / 2 ounces brown sugar
  • 90 grams / 3 ounces margarine
  • 120 grams / 4 ounces self raising flour
  • 30 grams / 1 ounces crush cornflakes
  • 1 dessert spoon cocoa powder
  • Chocolate for melting on top

Method

  1. Cream together sugar and margarine
  2. Add the remaining ingredients
  3. Shape biscuits into balls
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C
  5. Let them cool then top with melted chocolate
