Ingredients
- 60 grams / 2 ounces brown sugar
- 90 grams / 3 ounces margarine
- 120 grams / 4 ounces self raising flour
- 30 grams / 1 ounces crush cornflakes
- 1 dessert spoon cocoa powder
- Chocolate for melting on top
Method
- Cream together sugar and margarine
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Shape biscuits into balls
- Bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C
- Let them cool then top with melted chocolate
