Ingredients

  • 225g pork sausage meat
  • 115g fresh white bread crumbs
  • 0.5 level teaspoon thyme
  • 0.5 level teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 level teaspoon nutmeg
  • Milk to bind

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together then add chopped parsley.

Enough for one end of turkey or chicken.
