Ingredients
- 3.5 oz margarine
- 6oz caster sugar
- 2.75 oz dark muscavado sugar
- 4.5 oz dark chocolate
- 1tbsp golden syrup
- 2 eggs
- 3.5 oz self raising flour
- 2tsb cocoa powder
Method
- Heat butter, sugar, chocolate and golden syrup in a saucepan. Allow to cool.
- Beat together eggs and add to chocolate mix.
- Mix flour and cocoa powder then fold into chocolate mix.
- Put mixture in tin and bake for 25 minutes at 180 celcius.
